Work cannot begin until negotiated deposit is received. |
|
Deposits are non-refundable. |
|
Should you decide you do not want to continue work after initial samples you will not be liable to pay remainder of balance, however no images or rights of use will be permitted. Usage or copying of any samples after cancellation is strictly prohibited. |

By making a deposit you agree to the above deposit terms and also agree to the parameters of the work order. By making the initial deposit you are also agreeing to all terms of this agreement. |

By Aaron Creative accepting the deposit, Aaron Creative is liable to complete the work that is described on page 1 of this contract unless the Client backs out for any reason. |
|
Upon completion of the project and full payment, you the Client, along with Aaron Creative will own the rights to use your artwork however you desire. Aaron Creative reserves the rights to display, use and modify any and all work completed including beginning samples. |
|
Should a project lapse passed the agreed completion date on the Client’s behalf, half of the remaining balance must be paid for the project to resume. |
|
Full balance must be paid before any files can be transferred to Client. |
|
Any work that is completed outside the parameters of the estimated contract will be billed at an hourly rate of $100.00 per hour, unless another flat-rate or hourly rate is negotiated. |
|
Methods of deposit and payment include: Cash, Credit Card Online, Credit Card over the phone, Checks and Money Orders. |
|
Quotes and pricing do not include printing or web costs. We will be more than happy to help you find the best services within your budget. |
